1999 Gmc Suburban Headlamps, Turn Signal And Horn

I have all new headlamps and light bulbs in my truck. If I use the DRLs or the headlights, then my horn, right headlight (high and low beam), right front and rear turn signals don't work.

What is going on? If I take out the fuse (all are good) for the DRLs, and keep the lights off, then everything works fine. Do I have a wiring issue?

I would remove the steering column trim and inspet. Those multi function switchs are known for poor wiring. Check the wiring coming out on the back of the switch. If you find that to be the issue, I would not recommend trying to repair them. I have had no luck finding terminals.
