1/4 Mile Track Times?

What do you guys think a 2007 silverado NBS ext cab 3:73 gears vmax 6.0 with a Nelson hot tune and a cold air intake. What do you think post your times.... i have been running the 1/4 mile in my race cars for a long time so i hope there in no driver error ..

Blown or Sprayed might get low 14s but stock is more like low 16s with a 5.3. Sierra Denali (6.2?)went 15.0 in a recent test at about 95mph. Getting into the upper 13s would be a real trick without a blower or spray for sure. Simply not possible for a stock truck - tuned or not.

But he said his was a vmax. And I've heard with tune they're getting high 14's easy. Check pt.net I think somewhere I saw a 6.2 denali with tune and exhaust only dip into the high 13's.

Honestly I don't believe some of the times I see on PT.net, especially those guys from the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) in Texas, it's been proven a few of those guys lied about their times and/or mods. Hell, one guy on there right now is claiming a 13.9 @ 99 mph with a tune only Vmax extended cab. When questioned about their set up they pull the race card, get extremely defensive, type in Spanish, and get threads deleted

 

The fastest tune only Vmax IMO would hit 14.3's, with an excellent DA. Could be wrong, but I'd shit bricks if one ran 13.9's tune only. I've heard the NNBS trucks have some real nice tuning capabilities, but damn.

 

 

The dude with the HP tuners & 13 second 6.2 Denali seemed legit. I think he had slips or video too.

best I ran about a year ago was 15.5 @ 88 on a cold night. When it's hot, I run 15.8- 16.1.

here it is a 15.38 @ 92.54 mph and a 2.46 60ft and a .5900 RT that's it all she's got. it was about 78 deg with a very high DA. With some better air i might be able to get another couple tenths
