Torque Settings

Hello,

 

I have a 2001 Oldsmobile Alero with a 3.4 liter V6 in it and I am changing the manaflod gaskets and need to get the torque settings for the rocker stud bolts and the valve cover bolts can anyone help me ?

The rocker arm bolts goes as followed. First pass 14 ft lbs. Final pass 30 degrees. And the valve covers to 89 lb inches or 10 N.m
