If you're talking about anything other than an AC Cobra, sidepipes are NOT cool and really haven't been for about 30 years

look at the link posted. he's not talking about side exit pipes. he's talking about good old fashioned side pipes like those on the AC Cobra or Stingray Corvettes.

Here's an idea.....Just run your exhaust through some Nerf Bars and you'll kill 2 birds with one stone.

Well, since you asked opinions......

 

MAYBE on an older truck... Say, late 70's.. that's been lowered or otherwise modified to make it "look" more right... MAYBE... But, I don't think those pipes on an '04 Silvy would look right.

 

I'm all for everyone doing what they like to their trucks. If that's what you want to do, go for it, man! Post pictures and prove us nay-sayers wrong!
