Just wanted to stop in and introduce myself and my newly lifted 2008 Silverado. I have been reading this site for a while now and have finally decided to get involved. I just recently got a 6" Fabtech lift with Dirt Logic 4.0's on the front and Dirt Logic 2.5's on the rear. I went with the 35" Toyo Open Country MT's on 20" Moto Metal 954 Chrome rims. This is my first lifted truck and cannot believe how well it handles and drives. I have heard alot of good things about the Dirt Logic kits but now I'm a believer. I had to drive back to SC after the kit was complete and it drove better than when it was stock. I did 80-85 the whole way (9 hrs) and the steering didnt shake one time. This is without a steering stabilizer too. The Fabtech stabilizer could not fit around the Dirt Logic coils. I have attached a few pics for your criticism. Any suggestions would be great to make this ride look better.

Welcome to the site. That's a beast! Lose the Z71 stickers because it's not anymore, it's much better! (and it'll look better too.)

I'd also suggest shaving the emblems but I'll ease you into my relentlessness on those.

Welcome and SWEET Truck. Its actually an 8" kit, just advertised as 6". I think that is the kit I am going with. Cognito is taking FOREVER to come out with their kit for these trucks. I guess I could wait it out some and save more money....who knows. Either way, came out great.

That's because Cognito makes some awesome stuff so I'm sure they are taking their time on the R&D to get everything perfect.
