Rear Leaning Problem

HELP!! I'm having a problem with my 2007 TBSS that GM can't seem to fix....It ranges from .5"-1" lower on the rear passenger side than the driver's side. i've taken it in 7 times to have them fix it and go figure...it still leans!!! We've basically had it with GM and the way they've treated us and submitted a lemon law complaint for it. GM sent their regional service mgr. out to look at it (which is part of the process) and he measured both sides with a flimsy fabric tape measure (no way to get accurate measurements with one of those things!) and told us he only measured it being off .5" which was within GM Allowance. He told us GM Allowance was 6/10" (how convenient--1/10 of an inch off!!). Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem with their TBSS and what have you done to Fix it?!!! Thanks!!

Had a similar problem on my 2000 Sierra. It sat almost a full inch lower on the driver side rear. I never noticed it at all untilI put a 4-6 drop on it. I had to lower it more on the passenger side to match.I did measuring, full tank or empty, it didn't make a difference. I was told by many people it's a normal thing for them to vary. I'm not too familiar with TBSS rear suspension (I believe they use coils)but I know on my Sierra with leaf springs it seems logical that the height can vary. My friend ran into the same problem acouple years ago when he put a 4-6 on his 2006 reg cab Silverado. Had to use just one shackle in the rear.I wouldnt worry too much over it. As long as it doesn't affect safety, ride, performance etc. There are many variables that can add up quick to throw that measurement off like that.
