Hey,

Just came over from the Dodge side. Been lurking around this sight for awhile trying to get the skinny on these NBS Sierras and picked up my first ever GM product last week. So far I really like it.

Not much for mods yet. Just got the bed and rear wheel wells Line-Xed. Some mud flaps and I should be ready for winter. Looking forward to shooting the sh1t with you guys.

Nice looking truck and welcome to the sight. Like you, I am in my first GM (see sig). FORMER f*rd guy (NOW REFORMED). You will NOT be dissappointed. I still kick myself for not looking at GM much sooner. If your exoerience is ANYTHING like mine, you will be nothing but impressed with your truck. Mine is a year old now, and has no cue what a service bay looks like (except for oil changes, etc.). NO f*rd I ever owned could make that claim.ENJOY ! (inser icon with two beer glasses clinking HERE).... LOL... editor still hosed up.

Thanks for the welcome guys. So far I am very impressed with the truck. It's like apples and oranges compared to my old Dakota.

I'm located in west central WI, not far from the Twin Cities.

Here are some pics of the Xed wheel wells.

I was kind of suprised that they would leave the wheel wells like that, but I'm hoping the line-x will help with rock chips. I was not very impressed with the line-x job itself. The bed looks good, but when you stuck your head in the WW you could see a lot that they missed. I went through it today and tried to touch it up.
