Instrument Panel Not Working

'07 Silverado Crew Cab LTZ 4x4. For the third time now since February I have gotten in my truck to find the instument cluster is not working...no speedometer, tech, fuel guage, volt meter, water temp, etc. No odometer or any of those other feeatuers displays either. The issue seemed to be isolated to the instrument cluster.

 

Other things were working...radio, a/c, windows. The truck was running fine...I just had no clue how fast I was going.

 

I took it to the dealership and they said they could not replicate the problem and no codes were showing. This does not surprise me as I have only seem this 3 times now since I had it (one year).

 

Has anyone else experienced this and if so, what have you found?

I haven't had the issue,nor have I seen any trucks in the dealership here with the issue (IE-We haven't had to order any clusters for any GMT900 trucks)

It sounds to me like they should at least order you a replacement cluster and see if that solves your issue.
