Frame Rail Stickers

I've noticed a ton of pictures of trucks on this site, specifically the GMT900's, that still have their inventory (or whatever they are for) stickers on the frame rails. Am I the only one who notices this or the only one who is bothered by it? Or am I just f*cking crazy?

I've included a few pics as examples. If these are pictures of your truck, please take no offense. Do, however, take the stickers off!

Oh i see them all the time. On my dads 2500Hd i took them off, on mine i left them there because I cant see em unless i get under it.

yea there on all new trucks pretty much.. not sure why they just dont take them off right away after a year or so you wont be able to read them / or they wont even be there.

Well, yeah, I would assume they would be on all of the new trucks and not just a few.

So I gotta ask - are you OCD about frame rail stickers from a purely aestetic point of view, or is there something more to your aversion?

No, I just simply think it looks odd.

It's like wearing your new jeans out with the price tag still on them, forever.

Lol, I would have to paint mine. They're half-covered by that tarry undercoat.

I pulled one of mine off, but didn't feel like going around to the other side of the truck.

It'll come off next time I wash it though, and yes, I notice them and think they look terrible. But then again, I'm almost as OCD about badges as you are...

Sprayed over mine with 3M undercoating. They disappeared.

EDIT: Dammit! I went and looked... most of the uc has come off and they are shining (dirty) white again. Must have come off with the underbody spray at my car wash.

Looks like it's peel off time.
