here is a pic of my exhaust, flowmaster 50 series with dual turn downs....they are just pipe because i didnt want them really loud.....

are you happy with the sound? in cabin and out

Yea i love the way it sounds, the single out 50 series, my friend has it on a avalanche, and it is loud inside the cabin, on my truck it's not loud at all, and i had it before i had my lift is wassnt loud either. If you hammer down on it, it sounds like a mean mean truck, almost like a race car.

This is what my True Dual set up sounds like and it is also dumped. (2 Flowmaster 40s SI/SO)

I have the 4.8L and found sounds with the 40 series and 50 series...

now where should I buy them? a local shop is quoting me $190...

Yea i can see why yours would be more beacause of the "true duals", did it make a difference in your trucks power, my muffler guy told be dont do it...

And he is right you do lose low end power off the line(If your going to stay stock). But I knew this and I was planning on getting a tune a few days after the exhaust so that didn't matter. After the custom tune it really woke up.

These trucks come tuned with a certain amount of exhaust back pressure...I went from stock to 2X 2.5" openings which equals a total of 5" so yeah I opened her up pretty good and on the stock tune it was not a good deal.
