Sorry For Another Leveling Question

I'm new to the site so bear with me. I've been reading some of the posts about leveling kits, and I have a few questions. I'm considering a ccm or auto spring 2.5" leveling kit for my 07 nbs silverado 1500 Lt from ebay. I am wondering if someone can for sure if I will need to cut my stock strut studs to mount the kit. I have emailed both companies, ccm didn't get back to me, and auto spring told me I may or may not need to. I don't really want to cut the studs shorter just incase I want to remove the kit and re-use my stock struts.

you should not have to cut them. do those supply hardware?

Rough Country leveling kits are cheaper ($70), accomplish the same goal and require no cutting whatsoever. They are also much easier to install.

How 'bout going with the Rough Country kit like most of us have?

You don't have to cut the studs because spacers go underneath the strut (Between the bottom of the strut and top of the lower control arm)

Does rough country offer a 2.5" kit or just 2". I was considering the ccm 2.5" with the 1 inch rear spacer. I'll have pics up as soon as possible, i'm at work right now.

Rough Country leveling kits are cheaper ($70), accomplish the same goal and require no cutting whatsoever. They are also much easier to install.

But the Truxxx kits are much better. At least that's what I tell myself to make me feel better about spending 4 bills for it (Parts and labor/alignment).

Man....4 bills for the same kit the rest of us got for $70 bucks?!?!?

Yeah I won't be paying that for a truxx kit. I carry a lot in my truck so, i'm thinking that the rear spacer will help prevent a sagging look when its loaded. Oh and here is a pic.

Thats why I added the 1" rear blocks to mine,It looked like it was sagging even with NO load in it.

Still no definite answer about cutting the studs to mount the 2.5" cmm offroad kit.

I like the unique decals. Did you put them on or did the truck come that way? There's a tangerine guy around here somewhere that has something sort of similar.
