A/c Cold On Drivers Side, Hot On Passenger Side

I am a Newbie - hi,

 

I have a 2007 Suburban 4x4 5.3L, with 3 zone auto a/c.

 

My HVAC blasts full hot on passenger side when a/c is blowing cold on Drivers side.

New TSB (Sep. 2008), according to dealership, shows this as a programming problem. Dealership is working with GM Engineering to get HVAC reprogrammed. Anyone else had this solution?

 

I tried to find the TSB on alldatadiy.com, but it did not show. Anyone have a suggestion where to find this TSB?

p.s. it is not an actuator, or stuck motor.

I had the same problem with my 03 Silverado 2500HD. Took it to the Chevy dealer and they hooked up the computer to it and the part was covered under warranty. Your truck is so new it would of course be covered. Hope that helps.
