Need Help!

I have a 2005 Sierra with the dual temp control just a couple days ago i went to go and turn my fan on and the speed settings worked except for setting 5 it shuts the whole fan off. I have went to the junk yard and a couple auto part stores but no one carry's it i really don't want to go to the dealer and pay out the ass for one. By the looks of it i am all most positive that i would have to buy the whole assembly.

You might be able to find the assembly for cheaper on eBay or on http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/.

Sounds like you need the blower motor resistor and connector,very common issue on the '03-'07 GMT800 trucks.
