Need a little help...

Recommended Posts

For anyone how has the R&D Automatic Headlight Override switch, would you be able to look at the back of the switch and tell me which of the 6 pins that the 4 wires attach to.  They is a yellow, blue, brown, and black wires.

OK, now for the explanation.  I was installing mine today and had to run the long blue wire from the switch down to the BCM.  All 4 wires are zip tied together near the switch and when I went to pull the slack out of the wire, I accidentally pulled a little too much and unpluged all 4 wires.  I've tried callong R&D to see if they could look at one and tell me whee the wires go, but their answering machine says their hours are 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Monday - Thursday.  I'd like to be able to get this all back together soon, but if not, I'll have to wait until Monday night to get in touch with R&D.  Hooking up the wires to the switch is all I have left to do.

Any help would be appreciated.  If anyone can help, you can leave a message here or email me.

(Yeah, I feel like an idiot for pulling the wires out!  LOL)

Disregard.  I was finally able to get in contact with R&D and they hooked me up with the info.

After getting the wires back in the correct place, I put a small just a dab of silicone sealant between the wires and housing to hold them in place in the future.
