Hi there and welcome to GM Trucks! :dunno: Nice looking truck you've got there.

 

Throttle body spacers make good paper weights and that is about it. Unless you like the noise they make. Where the caveat is that they may only do some good on wet intake systems. That is carborated or throttle body injected engines.
