Hey guys this is my baby. My very good friend danny (sprayed99) and i have built this from the ground up.

She started out as a ls with a 4.8 now she is a whole differnt animal. its been a hell of a ride with alot of trial and error she now runs a 12.8@ 106 after some fine tunning from danny and krambo anyways lemme know what you think

it also has a true trac, built 4L65e, full exhuast true dual magnaflows

and a few other bells and whistles

Can I ask how much the LQ4 ran you? I'm in the research phase of a 6.0 swap currently.

Can I ask how much the LQ4 ran you? I'm in the research phase of a 6.0 swap currently.

 

i got mine from a salvage it came out of a 03 H2 it had 1500 miles on it for 2200$

the swap was easy and it pluged rightinto my 4.8 harness except for the oil pressure switch. no big deal

fired right up on the 4.8 pcm. only thing i had to change was the flex plate (had a 4x4 4L80e) and the drivers side fuel rail to returnless. the swap was painless and worth every penny

Very cool. The more I look into this, the easier it sounds. Just sucks that I won't be able to have the money for about a year and a half. :D
