New Denali Problem?

of course m\y first post has to be a problem one :lol:

well today i get in my 4k mile denali and start it try to get going and it wants to stall and is making a noise from the front of truck..almost sounded like a rattle?

figured i would let it sit for a few and it did start to drive okay,but my stabilitrack light and traction control light on the dic said they where off??then my cel came on..truck seems to drive fine,but i notice at a stop light it almost wanted to stall like it was under a load??any suggestions what is wrong??thanks!!

Sounds like a trip to the dealer. Check your owners manual for the what it instructs with the CEL light; you might have to have it towed in.

 

 

looks like i may have found the problem..i did an onstar diagnostic test and it looks like i had a bad batch of gasoline??the test came up with a lean fuel problem,which probanbly triggered all the computer crap and made it go haywire..i only had 1/4 tank of gas so i burnd it off a little and as of now i filled up with shell v power and so far so good,but still have the cel which may take a few days to go away......looks lkike i won't get away with only putting 87 in the 6.2 :sigh:

IMO, I'd still bring it in since it is under warranty to make sure. Lean fuel codes could be caused by a sensor (e.g MAF) going bad or a short in the electrical system.

 

Worse case, they'd clear the CEL for you.
