If your tight on cash just hold out a little longer and get quality system insted of cheap glass pack. These trucks sound real smooth with flowmaster catbacks like a 50 series kit or so. I used one on mine and it cost me about 350.00 including stainless tips and it was well worth it. The sound is agrresive but not annoying like the super 40 series. If you have any wrenching skills at all you could install one of these kits yourself in your driveway or were ever. Good luck

Glass packs below on farm trucks. Save a little and get a good system. On ebay you can get a magnaflow for $50-80.

Yeah, that's just for the muffler. I don't know what size you need so here is just a quick search I did.

Get a good hand saw and cut the pipe before the converter.

I've got glass packs on this truck and I had 'em on my old truck too. I think they sound good, I haven't had any complains either.

Excuse me, but your truck too loud! I can hear it all the way over at my house. There. A complaint, finally. Call it an early Xmas gift.

Seriously though I know what you mean. Growing up, my dad always put glass packs on all our cars and I sort of just got used to the sound. I thought something was wrong when I bought my first new truck and it felt, as well as sounded "all plugged up." They're not for everyone but they are a quick, easy & cheap way to make a new truck sound like a classic. IMHO, of course.

Merry Xmas!

I have a magnaflow and it sounds good and it is guaranteed for life. I just cut out the old muffler and welded in the new. Did not take long and was not hard at all.

Good luck.
