Search for "bed liner". I'm not trying to be a dick by saying this before all the 'don't tell people to search' Nazis jump all over me, it has just been covered so many times before, that you'll find much more info much quicker.

The spray on guy is telling the truth but the drop in guy is feeding you a line of bullshit. If you go with a reputable spray on company (Line-X or Rhino) they come with a lifetime warranty against chipping/peeling.

I have had 2 drop in bed liners. Both beds looked fine after they were in there for years. I have never had a spray in liner. I work with glass and like the idea of having plastic instead of something hard in there. If I bump the glass into the spray in liner real good chance it just got broke. That is my reasons but like I said both beds were fine under the bed liner.

Bedrug. www.bedrug.com

I put one in my Silverado and one in my Tacoma. They were great and you can install them yourself and they were the same price as the others.

Spray liner all the way. Mine is guaranteed lifetime against fade and peeling. Drop in's wear the bed if the bed is used from what I have seen. Our trucks at work have drop ins, they are all rusted and wore pretty good under the liner.

I had a drop in(stock when bought) and got rid of it about a week later for a spray in Rhino, best decision I ever made, also got a Undercover Tonneau Cover at the same time to go with it.

search will be your friend, but line x is the best you can get hands down.

Definitely get a spray-on from a reputable company, such as Line-X. You don't want a mushy & soft liner like a few of the "other guys" out there.

I have a spray-on by ProLiner, wouldn't have it any other way :)

im not gonna lie to you i had a drop in when i got my truck and had it for about 6 months before going to line x. i would defineately reccomend linex, when they took the drop in out there was moisture underneath and after line x my truck rides a lot quieter without the drop in bouncing around

I have had trucks going back to the 1980's. I always use drop in liners and I NEVER had any rust or serious paint problems because of them. Its a personal choice. The guy who bought my old 1992 truck was just here. Drop in liner been in there since 1992 and it is not rusted, the rest of the truck is though.

Telling customers they will rust and wear away the paint is mostly bs. I have not seen it. Whats a little paint chaffing, the spray in have to have all the paint striped off to apply?
