White Handle Covers

hey guys i have an 08 silverado white crewcab. i have been looking through old posts and searching on where to find the white door handles for my truck. all i can find is chrome. the dealer was not much help. said they couldnt get them even though the ltz have them. several good posts on here on painting them but dont think i want to go that route yet. anybody care to help me out on where you may have found them. thanks. also have checked ebay and havent seen white just chrome. hate to ask again becuase i have seen it brought up in past posts doing my searching just cant seem to find them. a few links no longer work on some places to order where i found them in old posts. thanks again.

It is hit or miss on ebay.It depends on the color and who is and how many people are wanting them. I found some on ebay that was dark cherry and was bidding aginst a guy with a bright red truck. HE ran the price way up and won them. This part of this story is no lie there was a red set on ebay 7 items down from this one that went for 2/3 of what he paid. I couldn't stand it and emailed him and asked him if he was putting them on his red truck. He said yes he has to take them to a body shop and have them painted first. I asked him did you see the red set that was for your truck. So I just ended up getting a black satin set and mirror covers. Good luck.

Thanks bubba... It's frustrating to say the least... Guess we'll just have to keep looking and hope we get lucky...

www.gmaccessoriesstore.com has them I believe but they are around $125 I think.

I have a set of black ones, but they but that don't help you much. I replaced mine with chrome ones. Ebays def. the best place, theres always someone trying to get rid of a set.

Just keep watching ebay...they show up pretty frequently. I watched for a while and was able to score a set of 4 handles in Fire Red for $59...they were brand new take-offs...
