My Power Seat Rattles.

Hello all,

I have an 07' HD Classic with power bucket seats for the SLT trim package. When driving alone, every time I hit a bump the top half of the passenger seat rattles back and forth as if there is slop in the gears that control the reclining motion of the seat. The driver seat would do the same thing if it were not for me sitting in it. It's done this since I bought the truck new and I'm wondering if it is normal or if it's something I need to have taken care of before my warranty runs out. TIA.

shouldnt seem loose.. to me any how... id take it in.. cant hurt

Old post but thought I would bring it up since I am having this issue with my 2010 SLT.

Had a 2008 LTZ avy with know issues.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Having the same problem here. There seems to be some slop in the seat-back. Every time I hit a bump in the road the seat-back rattles from side to side.

 

Is there a fix for this?

My 2008 is doing the same thing, I might try to fix it it later tonight.... It does get annoying!
