Rough Country Or Tuff Country, They're So Different. Which Do I Bu

I am a proud owner of a brand new '09 Silverado White Diamond and I want to install a front leveling kit. The Tuff Country is $114 and uses spacers that sit on top of the coil spring. The Rough Country is $70 and uses spacers that are on the bottom of the coilover mount.

What is the difference, if any? Which one is better for ride quality, overall quality, and design?

Thanks a ton for helping me out on this one.

the percieved majority of users of the front level kit appear to be using the rough country lower shock mount version - cheaper in price - easier to install..

there are a few version of the top mounts - one requires disassembly of the strut tower and to add the spacer between the strut tower assembly and strut itself ..

the second version is a spacer that is placed between the strut tower and the strut tower chassis ,,

this version has height limitiation assuming you dont want to cut the strut studs ,, others require cutting of the studs ,, all depends on your preference

on another note regarding the top strut spacer - the readylift version - youll note (mine-2007 version) that the wire looms use the studs to hold the wiring - if you minimize the lengtj of stud protruding from the chassis you wire will be bouncing around - not secured

congrats on the new purchase and thanks for buying american ..

go with the RC ...

Yea I was leaning toward RC. Everyone appears to be using them, and it's cheaper than the others I have found. Thanks for the input man.
