Earth Day

So it is 830 local time and I just found out it was earth day... So I looked up and found out its a day where you are suposed to make the earth better by not doing certian things. So I thought what did I do to help the earth today? I woke up early worked out then took a 45 min shower bc I finally had hot water to wash my ass and dont know when the next time I will have hot water. I went and fired up my HET and it ran for about 3 hours while I pulled out my winches and regreased them. Then I took it on a 16 mile test drive to see if they fixed my leak. Then I took the exhaust of my gaitor and drove around and hits some berms and what not just messing around. Then I had the wife start the truck and let it run for 20 min along with the bike. Now that I know its "earth day" I am trying to think of ways to use the last 3 1/2 hours to the fullest! What did you all do?

If my Dodge was out of the shop, I would write "Earth Day" in the black soot that builds up on the back fender above the exhaust pipe.

Well... My stomach hurts... So I guess you could say that I've been giving the earth back a lot of the nutrients that I've previously consumed

Well, I had a Barbacoa Fajita Burrito from Chipotle for lunch, so my contribution will be made later this afternoon/evening.

So I guess letting the water run for 30+minutes while I shaved this morning was a no-no? At least I was only in the shower for only about 20 mins as opposed to the the 45 mins my wifes takes. So maybe I did do my part.

I really want to know who the hell thought it would be a good idea to have an "earth day" It makes me so proud to own an V8 with aftermarket exhaust! I wont lie this idea of earth day really bothers me!

Haven't left the house yet today...that's probably an issue...I need to do a few WOT runs and not come home until I've burned at least a quarter tank in useless driving.

 

Then I might go burn some trash.
