K1500 Guage Cluster Inter-change Question

Does anyone know if a 92-94 guage cluster will work in my 89. My cluster is bad and i was wondering if a newer style would work. They look the same in the dash, but will it plug in and work. Please help me out. Thanks!

Unfortunately the pins are in the wrong location. If you have access to a service manual for both years, you can make it work. You will need an extra wire ran from the distributor to the cluster for the tach to work though.
