Before my Blackbear tune, I bought a new ECM and TCM from Justin (@ Blackbear). After the security relearn and all that jazz, the truck was having problems. Just driving for 30 seconds in the parking lot I'd get that message. The truck would kinda surge and act like it was going to die. But I'd put the factory ECM back in, and everything was fine.

Anyway, long story short, at the live tune, Justin just gave me a new ECM, and it acted fine. We never did figure out what was wrong with that ECM. It didn't look like a bent pin, so it had to be software. I know you've been tweaking with your truck, and maybe it's possible you have a problem there?

I don't know much about this sort of thing, but hopefully there's enough knowledge on the site to help you out.

Believe it or not ,this problem was related to the clogged fuel injectors ,the idling at the first start up in the morning was rough and the Body control module seemed to act against the "chassis vibration"

Now that I had my truck injectors removed and cleanned ,the problem is gone...

P.S:Just an input for this kind of trouble that may happen to chevy truck owners in the future...

Shouldnt be a problem if you use good quality fuel and if stored use a fuel stablizer. I store vehicles for 6-8 months and all are fuel injected & never a problem.
