I don't know the bolt size, but I'm curious as to why you're removing the TB spacer and if you noticed any significant performance improvement by adding the spacer. Thanks.

They do nothing but make a nice paper weight and a whistle if installed. :D Go to the dealership and get new bolts.

well this poweraid spacer did, to me, feel like it helped me in the high rpm's and did help out with the gas a bit. well my truck was stolen a while back and i recently recovered, the insurance decided to pay it off but only gave me 5000, which is nothing for the truck, they did though allow me to buy it back for 3500 and so i did. ive started to build it back up but one of the things they took was my old airaid system and poweraid spacer. i had an older k&n system sitting in the garage so i decided to put that on. well to try to fix the problem with the throttle i opted to just buying another spacer and using those bolts. well come to figure the k&n and poweraid do not like each other, the k&n tube ends up getting caught up with the fan. so this is my plan, im going to install some elec fans (not sure what kind yet, any suggestions will be appreciated), that way there will enough room for the tube. now i know wat yall gonna think. why dont i just buy a airaid tube and get the problem done that way. well ive wanted to install some elec fans anyways so ima use this as an excuse. now i have another problem, i know the spacer should make a whistle, but im having a louder than usual whistle and have found many leaks of air between the throttle and manifold, does anyone know if there should be another gasket (maybe factory) other than the one that comes with the spacer, remember thoses punks did get into my truck so i have no clue how it used to be

sorry i did mention in my first post that i had taken off the throttle, but that was not true, at the time i was only trying to find the factory studs, but all gm parts stores around had to order them, and i did not feel like waiting, thats when i opted to buying another spacer instead.
