Water Condensation In Parking Lamp Assembly

K so to start off i seem to have a problem with the driver side parking assembly on my 2000 silverado. It seems to always have some sort of condensation in the assembly. Is there any way of fixing this problem because the gaskets on the light socket are new and it seems to shorten the life of the bulb cause im always changing it. Thanks for the help in advanced.
