Vette Servo Install Gone Bad

I installed the corvette servo w/ the longer pin tonight. Now all I have is 1st and 3rd gear. I'm re-doing it in the morning. Anybody have any ideas what I did wrong?

Definitely not sealing well. Make sure it is well seated in there.

I pulled it apart this morning, and found the seal on the second apply piston had fallen off. I fished it out, inspected it and put it all back together. Works great now. I really like how it shifts.
