Hello,

New to the forum and hoping I'm in the right area to ask a question, and hoping someone out there has an answer to my question.

 

We have a 2000 Cadillac Escalade. We have it for sale and when we had lookers yesterday they tried the 4 wheel drive and said it engaged just fine, but the indicator lights did not stay on. After they left we tried and they do flash but once engaged, no lights. This is true for hi, lo and the all wheel drive feature. The two wheel drive light stays on most of the time.

 

Because it's for sale we are hoping for a quick and hopefully inexpensive solution.

 

We are new to this area of CO and don't know any repair facilities. We are considering taking it the dealership and hoping it doesn't cost too much.

 

I'd appreciate any suggestions anyone has out there. Thank you, JudyS
