Yeah.

GM never recalls any vehicles.

GM recalls 1.5 Million Vehicles

GM Recalls 1.3 million Chevy Cobalt and Pontiac Vehicles

Every manufacturer has these issues.

Yea but may I stress again that Toyota brags up their quality like no one else and so does the media. Therefor they should have their shit together if they want to run 5 commercials in 20 minutes about how great their quality is and how long their vehicles last.

Well, at least they recall and fix the problem. Sometimes ford and gm won't own up to a common problem that needs to be recalled.

If I recall Toyota was doing the same thing with the gas peddle incident too until they got their asses caught.

GM beats their chest as hard as anybody about how they are superior to everybody else. It's part of the game. To become a fanboy for ANY of the manufacturers is just stupid. I'm not defending any of them... just saying that they ALL do it.

Everyone does. I have seen ALOT more adds from Toyota than anyone though. I also don't see the media and consumer reports bashing Toyota. They deserve whatever they get.

fun fact of the day, did you guys know that a small percentage of profits made off of vehicles goes into an oops account..in which case is used to settle lawsuits under the table, to avoid massive recalls and backlashes...the lid was blown off this back in the day with the exploding cars and saddle bag fuel tanks...ford and gm were trying to pay victims or their familys off in hopes of avoiding a tarnished reputation and or fines...the documents ended up being seized or leaked i can't remeber

Every business does this on some scale. It's just part of trying to do business. Mistakes happen. They need to be taken care of to avoid bad publicity (which rarely ever has much fact in it).

Don't worry. Your opinion is ROCK SOLID as a GM fan here.

Didn't you see the bloodbath the media gave Toyota a few months back? It was everywhere.
