2007 Express Wireing Under Driver Seat

My motorhome is based on a cut away 2007 Chevy Express van. I am installing a TPMS system and am attempting to place the control box and radio receiver under the driver's seat.

There is a fuse & relay box that should provide the connections but I don't want to fry something by just poking around.

I need Ground - no problem

12v Bat - no problem as there is a large power lead to the fuse / relay box

What I can't find is a circuit that is only hot with the ignition on. I am hoping something here will work. There are probably 30+ circuits to choose from.

In the attached picture you can see the box and some identified connectins. If nothing here is hot with Ignition on what is easiest to get to under dash?

Side note - The item labeled "not connected" clearly would plug into the slot "N.C. next to the Bat terminal but isn't. Any ideas what this is for?

While no one answered I did find an Acc wire under the kick panel.

Green wire (10 or 12ga?) in the lower plug from the door wire harness.
