Any Info On Dick Cepek Radial Fc Ii Tires?

I've seen Cepek products for year, ever since he had a little store over here in Paramount or Downey or thereabouts. Bought a few things from his store but never tires.

 

Anyone have any feedback on his tires? Who makes them for him? How long did they last? Balance problems, etc.?

 

I'm looking at this FC II tire. It has about the limit on aggressive tread pattern I'm willing to go for my commuter truck. In fact, the tread is nearly identical to the Firestone Wilderness A/T tires that came on my 99 2500. I was very happy with those. What about size limits on my stock height GMT900?
