Dtc Code P0137

I have a 2001 Silverado 2500HD 6.0 The truck runs great but throws a P0137 code. I have swapped the rear oxygen sensors placed the left one on the right side and right side on the left thinking that if it were a sensor it would throw a different code, all four sensors were replaced last year and still get the P0137 code. It seems that I frequently get the code while driving down a dirt road at the deer lease, the road is about 3 miles long and I only go about 10 mph. I rarely get the code with city driving. I looked at my programmer today and noticed the following while idling with the engine at operating temp : short term fuel trim bank 1, long term fuel trim bank 1, and short term fuel trim bank 2 all fluctuated between 0.00, .78, 1.56, and 2.34.... the long term fuel trim bank 2 stayed a constant 2.34, it would change if I pressed the accelerator. Do you guys have any ideas what it could be ? The cats were replaced last year. I did notice a very small pinhole exhaust leak on top where they welded on the new cat for bank 1 just before sensor 2.....any help is appreciated.

I would CLOSELY check the wires for that sensor.

If the wire is running under the vehicle and you need to get under the vehicle and look up to see the wire, you will not be able to see the top side of the wire...

So get a small mirror and flashlight so you can inspect the other side of the wire for any cuts.

Look for any piece of sharp metal which may be cutting into the wire.

I'm thinking as you bounce on that road, it is causing the wire to bump into something and maybe grounding it out.

These cuts into wires can be like a thin knife cut. Very thin and narrow. Very easy to miss.

Then the connector could be flakey.

Or the connector at the computer end.
