Newbie Needs Advice

hi everyone, im glad to have found this place. im a certified harley technician, i live in socal and i drive a 2007 greystone metallic silverado crew cab vortecMAX that i bought new in 10-07. it currently has 18k miles on it. bose stereo system, leather interior, im not sure but its an LT3 package... i think. i havent done to much to it and id like to do more. upgrades to date are;

de-badge and door trim (left vortecMAX logos)

magna flow catback exhaust

volant intake system

20" wheels

tinted taillights

some custom pinstriping that a friend and i did

tinted windows including the windshield

sub box and amp behind rear seat

id still really like to do a performance upgrade to the computer, then maybe a leveling kit, and maybe a grill and ill be finished. can anyone here suggest an AFFORDABLE yet QUALITY programmer that i can use myself? and the same for a leveling kit? who sells a no-cheesy grill?......thanks in advance...
