Hesitation While Accelerating

I have a 89 chevrolet truck with 265,000 miles. The 5.0 has about 100,000 miles. The problem is as the subject says the truck hesitates while accelerating. It idles fine (except when cold and engauge the AC it lopes up and down), revs fine, but when I put it in gear and go it stumbles as I accelerates but runs fine once I get up to cruising speed. I have changed the fuel filter, cap, rotor, plugs, ignition coil, and have ran about a half tank of gas with seafoam. Really need help don't wont to just throw parts at the problem. Oh and the mechanic shop that said it just needed a tune up checked the fuel pressure and said it was OK but not sure about the volume. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
