I've been REALLY REALLY buzy over the last couple months, and havn't posted hardly at all in here..... so here's whats been going on in my life.

My web design business has really taken off...   which is of course really good.

Since my car didn't sell, and in fact I got 3 general-interest (no serious) cars in the 6 months I had it listed for sale, and the dealership offered me half of what it's worth, I decided to keep it and make it the way I want.  So I cut the roof off and put T-tops in it :P   Pics and a detailed writeup can be seen in the links in my signature

Now, for the truck.  The TH-350 died and had to be rebuilt... I posted that back in Feb.  Well, that vibration that's been plauging me for 6 months wasn't in the tranny after all.  I finally had it professionally diagonosed and it's the rear Pinion Bearing, so it's going to need a whole new rear-end basicly.  Luckily, I found a friend with a COMPLETE 4:10 rear end that he's gonna not only sell me for $250, he's also gonna help me replace, so I don't have to pay someone $50/hr to replace it.  When it got profesionally diagnosed, he took the rear cover off the rear end to check and verify the gear ratio, and in doing so, replaced the fluid in the differential, which caused the vibration to 80% disappear, and since I'm so strapped for $$ right now that's a good thing, becuase I can't even afford the $250 for the new rear end after that t-top project.  Luckily as well, the project is finished and i can drive the car and not worry about the truck breaking down more.

And right after a HUGE snowstorm in March, my 4wd went out.   The front axle Ujoints have been close to gone for quite some time and they finaly went.  $250 to get those rebuilt, but it' runs VERY smooth in 4wd now.  Luckily murphey's law didn't hit me on that, becuase right after I got it fixed we got hit by a 3-foot-of-snow blizzard at the end of March.... bigger than the one that hit right before the 4wd broke down, so I actually had a working 4wd for that monster storm.

Well, that about concludes the past 2 months for me, at least automotively :)
