Center Link Replacement

I have a 2005 Z71 Silverado 4x4 that has developed some play near the center link on the passenger wheel. Not really familiar with steering components.....so I had a few questions:

 

- Is the center link (#2 in illustration below) one piece? Are the items at the end of the centerlink (the pieces that connect to the tie rod ends) replaceable? Are these considered the "inner tie rod ends"?

Yep, the centerlink is one piece; yep, the inner tie rods (shown attached to the centerlink in your diagram) are replaceable
