Key Fob Question

Ok so i got out of my 03 Tahoe and into an 07 Escalade and it only came with one key fob... Again.. but while thumbing through the driver information center stuff I notice a setting for key programming and was wondering if that is the key fob or is that something different.. Also since i have to get another key fob is there a driver 1 and 2 with the key fobs or is that just in the programming? thanks

Dont know about the caddy but my chevy has a 1 and 2, they are indicated on the back of the fob

GMT900s don't have that.... just remotes.

The key programming thing you see I believe actually has to do with the actual transponder ignition keys. The column has a sensor in it that scans the key (part of the modern passlock system) and an unauthorized key won't start the truck.
