Blower Motor

My 2003 2500HD sounds like the blower motor is going out. When it first comes on it will squeek and squeal for a couple minutes and then it will work fine until I turn the truck off. Then it all starts again. The sound is coming from under the passenger side dash. It is dual climate control.

 

Am I on the right track? If so is it an easy replacement? Thanks in advance for any help.

Those are symptoms of a motor going bad
