Vmax Exhaust Same As 5.3l?

Anyone know whether a stock cat-back exhaust system from a VMAX is the same for a non-VMAX? Assume same year truck.

 

Specifically interested in the flange at the cat and making sure that's the same. If there are slight differences in lengths and where the exhaust exits, I can handle that.

My corsa exhaust came off of a 4.8 extended cab, and fit perfect... so I know it goes the other way too

Just remember,The stock 6.0/VMAX exhaust has a resonator on it.

Also,Make sure its from an '07/'08,They changed the flange area for '09.
