Hey all,

My name is Jason, I'm 19, and I'm from Portland Oregon. I'm a freshman in college and I'm studying to be an engineer.

I grew up with my dad teaching me how to work on cars, but now I primarily work with car a/v. I've been doing it on my own for just about 3 years now working on big projects for my car, or little ones for friends. I'll try and get pics of some of my work up soon.

Here's a link to a few pics of my work, I don't have any of the most recent things ( some fiberglass dash work ), and I don't really have any pics of my car yet, but I'll get those when I have time.

I drive a 93 GMC Suburban.

Aftermarket ccfl halo headlights

10000k HID lights with HI-4 kit

Flowmaster exhaust

High output alternator

Yokohama all terrain tires ( 265/75/16 )

Stereo details-

Head unit: Alpine IXA-W407 Digital Media reciever (double din, I had to modify my dash and create a custom fiberglass kit to hold it in place, looks almost factory), it's hardwired to the batter with a turn on switch separate from the ignition so it can be used without keys in the ignition.

Speakers: 6.5inch component speakers in the door (cut holes in the doors for mounting) Polk Audio MM6501, 6x9inch 3-way speakers (mounted so that they can be rotated to face forward, or out the back barn doors) Polk Audio MM691

Subs: 2 12inch MTX t4512-04 subs, 1 10inch MTX t4510-04 sub

Amps: MTX 702x 2 channel amp powering the 10 inch sub (210 rms), California Profile amps 1040 and 1000m, 4 channel amp and mono sub amp, 500 rms each

Rockford Fosgate Digital capacitor 2 farad

Steetwires products-

top of the line ring terminals, 2 fuse holder/dist blocks, 2 grounding terminals, 1/0 power wire, speaker wires, interconnects, fuse holders

Streetglow-

Blue LED's in cupholders

Red LED's in dash vents

Illuminated turn off switches for amps hidden in center console

If anyone has any questions about my set up please ask! It was a fun project that took quite a bit of time and saving to do. I'm constantly adding and upgrading my stuff as well.
