The hose and fitting slip into a hole in the frame shaped like the fitting block on the hose. It is then held into the frame by a clip. But, you have the metal brake line that is threaded into the fitting on the hose. You'll need to break that fitting apart to replace the hose. It's kinda tough to get it apart most of the time. try soaking it really good with PB blaster or some other "liquid wrench" product. It's best if you use a brake line flare nut wrench to get it loose, to help eliminate rounding off the sides of the metal line fitting. Last time I changed one on my '80, I heated the fitting/joint with a torch then breaking it apart.
