Control Arms

Well its time to replace the ball joints, so I'm going to get rid of the stock crap arms. Has anybody installed new upper control arms? I'm looking at the total chaos, cognito, and the RC setups. The total chaos is a sweet, but it would run about $700, which is too much. The cognito arms are around $500. I would get MOOG, but the trucks got a small lift, so I'd like something more for lifted rigs. Any help would be appreciated.

BTW, the truck is 2008 GMC sierra, 2.5 lift with 305/55/20 TOYO AT, debadged, new bumpers. I'll post pics when i figure out how to.

I've got the Total Chaos Fabrication arms and am very happy. They replace the upper ball joint with a 1" stainless uniball that has a much greater range of motion. They are also engineered to give you up to 4" more down travel. I'm using them with ICON adjustable coil-overs.

Moogs would work fine with that setup, assuming they make them for the GMT-900's now. Just stay away from Rough Country. You get what you pay for.

Personally, I've never been too big of a fan of RC. I may go with the MOOGs just to save a little on cash. I've been talking to a guy over at cognito and i may go that route.

09Jimmy - where did you purchase your total chaos arms from? And what did they run you? Do you have any pics of your setup?
