Same… have been used to reaching in the door or window and using the light switch for years. On the glass center screen makes zero sense ergonomically but I can only assume some young engineer or account justified it by saying they’re automatic and no one uses the switch.
There are plenty being sold. I had a 6.2l 2023 that I sold prior to the actual recall. I would have kept it had the recall come out before I bought the 3.0l 2025. I'm ordering a 2027 Yukon next month with another 3.0l diesel. I'm thrilled with the fuel economy of the diesel.
Go to your local dealer service department and talk to the service manager and get his take. If I was sold on a gasser, I'd lean towards the 6 2l rather than being a first year owner of the 6.6l.
I have 3 more mortgage payments on my house. I am planning on purchasing a new GMC 6.2L Denali. Is it safe to purchase a new truck? I have been reading alot about engine failures. Has this been corrected. What should one do?
