Hi..

This is very interesting posting for them who smoke the cigarette and many bad habit like this.It affects on our health. Smoking is dangerous to health. Smoking affects the brain which is highly dangerous later in life.

For avoid that first Prepare mentally before you stop smoking.

1. Take a long walk in nature and Relax with a good book

2. Head to the gym for a workout and a swim.

3. Go outside with friends who do not smoke.

3. Enjoy the life positively.

i got off cigarettes by going on the patch then i got off from the patch from smoking cigars and i got off from cigars by doing crack. pretty much tobacco free now

I have an uncle and a great uncle who have been through chemotherapy and radiation due to smoking. Both of their cancers were caught early and they would have died if it had not been for the early discovery. Both lost more than 1/3rd of their body weight during treatment. One had 72 hour chemotherapy sessions where he was hooked up to painful medicine around the clock.

 

My mother-in-law suffered congestive heart failure with smoking tobacco and other substances as a contributing factor.

 

I have never used and tobacco product or smoked anything and suggest you avoid them as well.
