2002 silverado engine surges between 40-50 miles an hr been a problem for awhile no codes replaced numerous parts to try and fix no luck please help

 

 

I've got the same problem 07 Classic. Stock. I have a 100-200 RPM change around 45 MPH. Service Manager said possibly the torque converter eccm was the cause, but no codes shown, so nothing can be done for it. Anyone give me more to go on? It seems that I've read a few people here that notice the same issue.
