05 Silverado, Accessories Inop. Intermittent

I have a beautiful 2005 Silverado, with almost every accessory. Some times when I start the truck I notice the lights for the 4 wheel drive and seat heater lights aren't on. Normally I restart the truck and everything is alright. I use to be a mechanic, but I have no way to check codes. I took it to a dealer and they found no trouble codes. After having it in the shop my heater controls have shutoff twice. Great, a new problem! In the past I would have replaced the electrical part of the ignition switch, but now I know there are other things that could cause the problem. I would appreciate any advice.

Maybe a loose ground wire? I'm not sure if the seat heater and and 4WD switch use the same ground or not.

Thanks for the reply! :puke: I live in Nebraska, it is going to be warmer this weekend. I am planning to check some grounds. I have heard that 6 seconds after start-up the computer checks voltage and if voltage is low, can shutoff accesories. I don't know if that is true, but it sounds reasonable. Dealer couldn't help, so it is time to get find the problem myself.
