DTC P1345 Crankshaft Position (CKP)-Camshaft Position (CMP) Correlation

 

Ever since pulling the distributer to replace the intake gasket, I keep getting this code. Any ideas how to correct the issue or what the issue actually is? The truck seems to be running fine.

I see several views but no answers. I did some research and found out that the distributer is not installed in the proper position. Hard to believe the truck runs this good though.
