Rusted Fuel Filter Removal

So I decided it would be a good idea to change my fuel filter after 112,000mi. Pretty sure its stock.

My fuel pump has gotten louder the since I bought the truck (15,000mi ago) and I'm getting a BlackBear tune the end of April.

The problem is it is pretty rusted in there.

I've sprayed both ends with PB-Blaster Sun, Mon, and Tues nights. I've tried to scrap away some rust, but I don't think its helping any.

 

How do I get this out without snapping off my fuel lines?
