I was just curious what other people on here perpetually search for on Craigslist...

 

I always search daily for:

 

Brush Guard/heavy-duty bumpers

Denali Headlights

LED Strobe lights/LED light bars

Auxiliary lighting

Assorted performance parts

Wheels/tires

Kayaks/Fishing equipment

 

What about you guys?

Camera gear. I've gotten a few great deals on items through craigslist, like a $600+ tripod/ballhead combo that a clueless guy was selling for $45. His dad passed it on to him, but he had no interest in photography, and just wanted to get rid of it.

 

For anyone interested, it was a set of Gitzo legs in excellent condition, with a well used, but still in good condition Manfrotto pro ballhead.

I found my truck on craigslist. I look for anything, truck, ATV parts, to good deals on electronics.

+ 1 on the Boats. Found a couple fixer-uppers in the past and sold them for a profit.

 

But, we also found my sons truck (1999 GMC) and the wife's Buick on Craigslist.

I just scroll the ATV, Boats, Cars/trucks, Car/truck parts sections, just looking for nothing really.

 

I found my dog on there! Well at least the breeder.

But seriously, I've searched for miscellaneous things in the past like a bike, truck parts, etc.

I've bought a 70gal chemical tank that was basically brand new for 1/10 the new price, TRUE commercial elliptical, hookers and a 14ft single-axle trailer.

 

And I've heard of selling stuff on there, but I wouldn't know anything about some Herman Miller Aeron chairs that may or may not have been sold...

I finally just scored some nice chrome H2 wheels (with tires) for my HD on Craigslist! Stoked about that! Prior to that, a good time killer for me was to read the Rants & Raves section...some real winners in this world with nothing better to do. Check it out sometime.
